The Sage Month End Procedure
Preparing for your Month End (Step 1 of 3)
1. Ensure that you have posted all transactions for the current period.
2. Ensure that you have set up and processed any recurring entries required for this period.

3. Ensure you have set up any prepayments required for Month End processing.
Click here to open the Prepayments option.
4. Ensure you have set up any accruals required for Month End processing.
Click here to open the Accruals option.
5. Ensure that depreciation has been set up for Month End Processing.

6. (Optional) Reconcile ALL bank accounts to your bank statements.

7. Post your monthly product journals for your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet.
